Who we are
STAM was founded in 2010 as STAM Soluzioni Terrestri Aeree Marittime Srl, an Italian company, and we only hire the best former special operations forces, intelligence officers, and law enforcement leaders, but we also operate like a family, with an emphasis on trust, honor, ethics, and loyalty. STAM started also as STAM Malta Ltd, which deals purely with anti-piracy and maritime security. After seeing our approach bring better results than expected, we decided to apply the Best of Both Worlds approach worldwide as STAM Strategic Partners Group in Great Britain.

We offer a new way of doing security
We are a one-of-a-kind security group that gives you the Best of Both Worlds. We employ the USA/UK tactical model, the standard model that has proven effective for years managing persistent crises and dangers, and combine it with the Italian communication model, which focuses on the specific needs of local populations, supporting peace using sociological capabilities to train “Community Liaisons.” This allows us enter difficult, complex social environments, where cultural conflict often causes a ”security gap” between the local population and foreign actors.
